“Hendra Helps with More Rewards” Contest – 45,000 Point Contest
Contest Rules & Regulations for Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd.
Contest Period
Contest is valid from October 1 – December 31, 2026, for qualifying residential moves booked, completed, and paid in full with Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to customers who book, move, and pay in full for a qualifying residential move with Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. during the promotional period, excluding employees of RMG Loyalty and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. as well as members of their immediate families and households. The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
All Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to win and receive the More Rewards points prize, a qualifying move must meet all of the following conditions: Customer can only win one time during the contest; residential moves only; the move must be booked directly with Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd.; the departure and destination must both be located on Vancouver Island; moving services only (storage-only services do not qualify); More Rewards points are based on a qualifying move during the promotional period; the move cannot be an Allied Van Lines move; the move cannot be a partner or agent move; the move cannot be a third-party managed relocation; the move must have been completed; the final invoice must have been paid in full; no outstanding balance, refund or credit can be pending; the customer must have provided their More Rewards card number at the time final payment was processed; one More Rewards account must be assigned to the move; the offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
How to Enter
Customers who book, move, and pay in full for a qualifying residential move with Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. during the contest period are automatically entered for a chance to win. Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. will randomly draw one qualified move customer to win 15,000 More Rewards points on each of the following draw dates: October 31, 2026, November 30, 2026, and December 31, 2026. The winner of each draw will be announced within 3 days of the draw date on Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd.’s social media channels. If the information provided at the time of entry is inaccurate, the entry will be deemed invalid. A customer can only win once during the contest period.
No Purchase Necessary & On-Line Entries
To enter without any purchase, entrants may hand print their name, address, e-mail address, postal code, More Rewards number and phone number on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and sign it. Place the entry form in an envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to: #102 6649 Butler Crest, Saanichton, BC. Entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026. Limit of one (1) entry per envelope with sufficient postage. Faxed or e-mailed entries will be disqualified. Pattison Food Group Ltd. doing business as More Rewards (“More Rewards”), RMG Loyalty, and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.
Prize Description
Three (3) prizes of 15,000 More Rewards points each (45,000 points total) will be awarded via electronic transfer: 15,000 points for the October 31, 2026 draw, 15,000 points for the November 30, 2026 draw, and 15,000 points for the December 31, 2026 draw.
The approximate retail value of More Rewards points prize depends on the redemption method chosen and any offers available at the time of redemption. More Rewards points prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the More Rewards program as amended from time to time without notice. More Rewards points prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
Prize Drawing
The winner of each draw will be randomly selected from qualified move customers on the applicable draw date (November 4, 2026, December 4, 2026, January 4, 2027). The selected winner will be contacted by phone and/or email at least three (3) times. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, another random winner will be chosen.
Participants who win any of the prizes must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by event staff in order to claim the prize. All participants will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the giveaway rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing More Rewards, RMG Loyalty, and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. from any liability relating to the giveaway. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are permitted. Failure to comply with the requirements outlined may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Condition of Participation
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these rules by the participant. More Rewards, RMG Loyalty, and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from participation in this activity or from any prizes awarded. By accepting a prize, participants agree to release More Rewards, RMG Loyalty, and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. from any and all liability arising from or related to the Contest, including but not limited to the acceptance or use of a prize and confirmation of compliance with these rules. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and/or image for publicity purposes in any media used by More Rewards, RMG Loyalty, and Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd., without additional compensation.
Ownership of the Contest
The contest is managed by Hendra Moving & Storage Ltd. More Rewards and RMG Loyalty are in no way connected to the management of this contest.
Enrollment in the More Rewards Program
If a potential winner of More Rewards points is not a More Rewards member, they may enroll in the More Rewards Program by visiting morerewards.ca. Enrolment in the More Rewards program requires agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy of the More Rewards program (as may be amended from time to time without prior notice).
