Qualifying Moves and Additional Terms & Conditions
Our August Flat Rate Special is available on qualifying one-bedroom apartment moves that meet the following criteria:
- One-bedroom apartment only.
- Local move within the Greater Victoria service area (up to 15 km between locations).
- Inventory must be confirmed during your free estimate and fall within the maximum volume eligible for the flat-rate program (2000lbs, 3 tonne truck).
- Ground floor or elevator access at both the pickup and delivery locations.
- Standard household furniture and boxed items only.
- No specialty items, including but not limited to pianos, safes, hot tubs, oversized fitness equipment, or other items requiring specialized handling.
- No packing or unpacking services are included.
- No storage services are included.
- Standard moving conditions only. Moves requiring unusual access, excessive carrying distances, construction delays, ferry travel, or other circumstances requiring additional labour or time may not qualify.
- The move must be completed in one continuous service on the scheduled moving day.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- The flat rate is $1,500 plus applicable GST.
- Offer is valid for qualifying moves booked and completed during the promotional period.
- Subject to availability. Limited August booking capacity is available.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or special pricing.
- Customers will continue to earn eligible More Rewards points on qualifying moves in accordance with the Hendra Moving & Storage More Rewards program.
- Any changes to the inventory, access conditions, locations, services requested, or scope of work after the estimate may result in revised pricing.
- Hendra Moving & Storage reserves the right to determine eligibility for the promotion and to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without notice.
